We stayed here since it was within walking distance of the concert venue. This hotel is really a limited-service hotel underneath a glossy modern veneer. The valet is slow, and there's never room in the front drive since it's always backed up. Give yourself at least 30-40 min before going anywhere you need to be. The guest room towels were so thin and overused. I get it, but this wasn't vacation kind of fun. Look, everyone wants to enjoy themselves when they're on vacation. Once we could get to the 18th floor to check in, the crowd at the bar near the front desk was so loud and obnoxious - screaming at the top of their lungs at 1:40 am. People sat on the ground floor for hours waiting to check-in. No apologies from the hotel staff at all - the security staff showed more empathy. The guest elevators did not work the entire time we were staying, so we had to use the one freight elevator, which smelled horrible, and the back of the house was dirty. 0.39km from Ember The hotel room and public areas are clean and designed nicely, but that's where it ends for our first-time stay.
